I have been helping Nanaimo and area family’s buy and sell since 1981 … over 40 years. That’s longer than almost all of the currently practising REALTORS® in the Nanaimo area. At one time I was the youngest REALTOR ® serving the Nanaimo area and although that distinction has long since passed, I still count many of my first customers as clients .. and friends, along with their now adult children .. the next generation.

I was born in Nanaimo and have been married to my high school sweetheart for 31 years .. raising three beautiful girls (all married now) with 5 grandchildren (and more to come). We all love the island life here and when the chance permits I like to play with my vintage Volkswagens, head out for camping trips and enjoy the opportunities for photography, mountain biking, gardening and disc golf amongst other pastimes.

In my 3rd year in business (1984) .. I joined Coast Realty Group as one of the original members of that team. Coast Realty Group would grow to become the largest independent Real Estate Firm on Vancouver Island. After 31 years (2015) Coast Realty merged with Royal LePage Group … now a part of the largest Real Estate Group not only on Vancouver Island but across Canada.
